29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On or about August 29, 2017, the south side of the construction site, an employee standing on a platform holding a door was elevated by the forks of the sky trak that was not approved by the forklift manufacturer and exposed to fall hazard.
