29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: On or about August 29, 2017 at a single family home construction site, employees were allowed to work from the roof without fall protection. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls. Carrillo Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991487, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2014, with a final abatement date of November 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace hazard at 15005 E. 115th St. North, Owasso, OK, 74055.
