29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On the east side of the main chapel's roof, on or about and at times prior to August 24, 2017, the employer did not ensure an employee who was performing roofing work, was protected from falling, exposing the employee to fall hazards associated with a fall of twenty feet.
