There was an accumulation of wood dust inside an opened 460 volts GS2 Automation Direct electric cabinet located south of the Side Matcher and east of the East Side Knot Chop saws. b. There was a pen inside the opened 460 volts GS2 Automation Direct electric cabinet located south of the Side Matcher and east of the East Side Knot Chop saws. c. There were soda bottles, energy drink cans, Gatorade bottles, and coffee cups littered or stored between GS2 Automation Direct cabinet and a green electric motor located south of the Side Matcher and east of the East Side Knot Chop saws. Spilling liquid on broken conduits and or opened electric cabinet could result to electrical hazard.
