29 CFR 1926.856(b): During demolition operation(s), floor openings did not have curbs or stop-logs to prevent the mechanical equipment from running over the edge: a) A CAT 236D skid steer was pushing building material through a floor opening at the wall on the third floor without the use of curbs or stop/logs. b) A Cat 236D skid steer was pushing building material off the single story west awning without the use of curbs or stop/logs.
