29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Second Floor Window: The employer did not provide a training program for an employee exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet while working without a personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection. On 7/21/2017, an employee working from a two story residential house fell from the second floor window and sustained multiple fractures.
