29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about August 23, 2017, employees were not in use of head protection while working on the ground as other employees performed framing work above them at a height of approximately 9 feet. This exposed the employees to struck by hazards.
