29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On the south side of the construction site, employees standing on a work platform installing metal roofing material were elevated by the forks of the JLG sky trak that was not approved by the forklift manufacturer and exposed to fall hazard.
