29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: a) Warehouse - On or about 08/30/17 and at times prior thereto the 8.0 ft. grey mobile ladder stand had two tubular sections broken and separated from the structure. b) Warehouse - On or about 08/30/17 and at times prior thereto the 7.0 ft. orange mobile ladder stand platform had a brace disconnected from the structure. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
