29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:  (a) On or about 02/21/2018, for the inspection in the jobsite located at 2573 SW 14th St. Pompano Beach, FL 33062, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for Citation 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2), issued on 02/08/2018 with an abatement due date of 02/21/2018.  (b) On or about 02/21/2018, for the inspection in the jobsite located at 2573 SW 14th St. Pompano Beach, FL 33062, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for Citation 1, Item 2, 29 CFR 1926.850(a), issued on 02/08/2018 with an abatement due date of 02/21/2018.  (c) On or about 02/21/2018, for the inspection in the jobsite located at 2573 SW 14th St. Pompano Beach, FL 33062, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for Citation 1, Item 2, 29 CFR 1926.850(b), issued on 02/08/2018 with an abatement due date of 02/21/2018.  Violations occurred on or about 08/25/2017. inspection # 1259967: and the citations were received by employer on 02/12/2018.

29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  On or about August 25, 2017, at the above addressed job site, the employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions while engaged in demolition activities and working in close proximity to an unsupported concrete block wall, thus exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.

29 CFR 1926.850(a): An engineering survey was not performed by a competent person to determine the conditions of the framing floors and walls and the possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations:  On or about August 25, 2017, at the above addressed job site, the employer did not perform an engineering survey on a concrete block structure that was being demolished thereby exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
