29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons:      a) Job site, 1740 Route 228, Cranberry, PA: On or about August 29, 2017, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that the worksite was being properly evaluated for safety and health concerns. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, electrical hazards, personal protective equipment not being used, fall hazards, floor holes with no covers, ladder safety issues, forklift safety concerns and failing to perform proper safety and health training on/maintaining safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used at the worksite.
