29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a) Propane Cabinet; On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to skin burns in that the employer allowed employees to handle liquid petroleum gas without the use of a faceshield while filling tanks to be used with Toyota forklift (Model 8FGU25, SN 37688).
