29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Westend II Townhomes- employees in the process of roofing activities, on a 4 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 8/29/2017.  Perfect Builders Group, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1216816, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/1/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 12040 Suburban Sunrise St., Riverview, Fl.  Perfect Builders Group, Inc., formerly known as Uno Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1055807, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/7/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3910-3920 Claybrook Drive, Wesley Chapel, Fl.  Perfect Builders Group, Inc., formerly known as Uno Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020470, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/16/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 455 Landing Blvd., Palm Coast, Fl.
