29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about 8/30/2017 at 1455 Satellite Boulevard Suwanee, GA where the creating and correcting employer failed to guard the diesel fuel tank, by the use of barricades or other suitable means against accidental collision by vehicles entering and exiting the site or onsite work vehicles, exposing all trades working in the immediate area or walking past the tank to get to the General Contractors trailer, to potential explosion hazards.
