29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the nature of fall hazards in the work area: On or about 8/30/2017 at 1455 Satellite Boulevard Suwanee, GA, the employer failed to provide ladder training where a worker was observed performing window caulking operations on a 3rd floor balcony working off of a ladder that placed his feet above the top rail of the guard rail system exposing him to a fall hazard above 25 feet to the lower level.
