29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 8/30/2017 at 1455 Satellite Boulevard Suwanee, GA, where an employee was observed performing siding installation from the basket of a Genie, S65 lift while not wearing fall protection. The worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 38 feet to the lower level.
