At the jobsite located at 320 SW 8th Street, Topeka, KS; employees engaged in roofing work, repairing rubber membranes underneath the tiles on the roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet from the roof to the ground below, in that fall protection was not provided.
