29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) The employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when conducting roofing work on a multi-unit apartment building. TBL Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131960, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace location at 505 Harmon St., Iron Ridge, WI 53035. TBL Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068223, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 8, 2015, with respect to a workplace location at 102 W. Burnett St., Beaver Dam, WI 53916.
