29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Residential property at 607 Bell Road, in Mount Ephraim, NJ, 08059, Front (Southeast) corner of the roof: Employer did not ensure that 120/240 volt service drop conductors were guarded against accidental contact or were de-energized prior to employees performing roofing work in immediate proximity, occurred and was observed on 8/16/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
