29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At Lot 27 & 28 Village Center St., Hoover, Alabama: On or about August 31, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to install siding while standing on a job made scaffold located on a roof and the walk board measured 6 inches wide exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground below.
