29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Cheshire Parc Subdivision- Lot 319 Cheshire Cove Drive (McCalla, AL), top of 1st floor on residential structure; On or about August 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees installing joists on a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 2 inches to the groud below in that the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection.
