29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Ross Bridge Subdivision -Top of wall for a residential structure located at 2914 Grand Avenue, Lot 15 (Hoover, AL); On or about August 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in joist installation on a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 5 inches to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection.
