Kitchen Area: On or about 08/29/17, the stairs leading from the lower kitchen to the prep kitchen with 3 treads and 4 risers, and greater than 44 inches wide, did not have a stair rail system on the open side.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a.) Prep kitchen: On or about 08/29/17, the 120 volt bus-bars in the 240 volt panel box were not guarded to prevent accidental contact.
