29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees from hazards created by the moving parts of conveyors and in-running nip points: a) New World Stainless, LLC 100 Randolph Rd., Somerset, NJ site - Manufacturing Area: The station#2 spooler machine was not adequately guarded to prevent employee's hand from accidentally being caught in the in-running nip points during operation. Condition observed on or about 8/31/2017.
