29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Building 65: On or about 08/31/2017, paint chips that contained 24.477 percent lead were not removed from the floors for several months thereby exposed employees to possible lead consumption. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
