29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) A. On or about 09/01/17, at the site of 251-54 Thornhill Ave. Little Neck, NY Employees working on the fabricated frame scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only three scaffold planks. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

On or about 09/01/17, scaffolds at 251-54 Thornhill Ave. Little Neck, NY Employees working from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 ft. while applying stucco to face of house. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
