29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) Rear Porch - On or about September 1, 2017 and times prior to, a concrete stairway system consisting of 6 risers  was not equipped with a handrail or stair rail system on either of its opens sides, thus exposing employees of fall hazards of up to about 4 feet onto earthen ground.  b) Front Porch - On or about September 1, 2017 and times prior to, a wooden stairway system consisting of 6 risers (including the porch landing) was not equipped with a stair rail system on either of its open sides, thus exposing employees of fall hazards of up to about 4 feet onto earthen ground.  c) Garage - On or about September 1, 2017 and times prior to, a wooden stairway system consisting of 5 risers was not equipped with a stair rail system on either of its open sides, thus exposing employees of fall hazards of up to about 3 feet onto earthen ground.
