29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. a) In the office area, employees were exposed to fire hazards when a fire extinguisher was not identified with a sign or placard. This violation was observed on or about August 31, 2017.
