29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition): a) Jobsite, 65 North at the Marshall Avenue exit: On or about August 30, 2017, an employee was operating a Dimas 8700D Diesel saw partially in the live, oncoming traffic lane, at night, working in a mobile lane enclosure and a flagger was not present to warn, slow and move the traffic over to avoid the saw, and the saw with the worker holding it, was struck and injured.
