29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Texas Roadhouse Restaurant, Wilkes-Barre Twp Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA: Employees were working on the two steep roof levels of the building installing metal roofing material without fall protection, as observed on or about September 1, 2017.  Abatement Certification and Documentation Required  LJ Beck Roofing & Guttering Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 914906, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 813 Airport Freeway, Hurst, TX  LJ Beck Roofing & Guttering Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059917 citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  October 27, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 1187 Gage NW Corner at Arby's, Topeka, KS.
