29 CFR 1910.157(d)(6): The employer did not distribute portable fire extinguishers or other containers of Class D extinguishing agent for use by employees so that the travel distance from the combustible metal working area to any extinguishing agent is 75 feet (22.9 m) or less:     a. Compounding - On or about September 11, 2017, employees who were exposed to the hazards of tungsten powder, a flammable solid, were not provided with a class D fire extinguishing agent to fight metal fires. Exposing employees to fire and burn hazards.
