29 CFR 1926.451(f)(5): Scaffolds were moved horizontally while employees were on them although the scaffolds were not designed for such movement by a registered professional engineer: Location: 834 North Street, Greenwich, CT 06831 The mobile scaffold with a 15 foot high scaffold platform being moved horizontally with workers standing and/or working on the scaffold platform was not designed for such movement. Consequently on or about August 31 2017, a worker sustained serious bodily injury while standing on the top scaffold platform of the mobile scaffold while a second worker began moving the scaffold, the scaffold wheels struck a wood strip on the ground, causing the scaffold to tip over and the worker falling 15 feet to the ground.
