29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On the north side of the construction site, employees use a platform that was elevated by a JLG forklift that was not an approved work platform by the manufacturer and exposed to fall, struck-by, and crushed-by hazards.
