Employees were working in immediate proximity to the unguarded rotating horizontal shaft of the transfer table, located next to the Cutter # 3 (Thompson Press, Model SL-300, Production # 2015-6-171) in the Packing Area. The rotating horizontal shaft was not enclosed in a stationary casing, exposing employees to caught-by and laceration hazards.      B)     Nesco Resource, LLC, employing workers at Nox US, LLC, at the site located at 931 South Springville Ave, Fostoria, OH 44830: On or about July 25, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from caught-by and laceration hazards. Employees were working in immediate proximity to the unguarded rotating horizontal shafts of the transfer table, located next to the Cutter # 2 (Thompson Press, Model SL-300, Production # 2015-6-172) in the Packing Area. The rotating horizontal shafts were not enclosed in a stationary casing, exposing employees to caught-by and laceration hazards.
