On or about 6 September 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees working in the kitchen and freezer area were not provided with oil/slip-resistant soled shoes while either ice, grease, or water were on the floor, exposing the employees to a slip and fall hazard at the same elevation.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): For a wet process, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats was not provided. On 6 September 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees in the kitchen would work or traverse in areas where the floor was either wet, icy, greasy, or had food scraps or standing water, exposing the workers to slip and fall hazards from the same elevation.
