(a) Golden Corral, Parkersburg: On or about September 6, 2017, employees were using a Milwaukee Circular Saw (Serial No. 983B805341832), a Max SuperRoofer pneumatic nail gun, and hammer and nails during roofing activities without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Golden Corral, Parkersburg: On or about September 6, 2017 and times prior, employees were performing roofing activities on a roof that measured as high as approximately 10 feet eave to ground without the use a fall protection system.
