This exposed employees of falls up to approximately ten (10) feet to the floor below.

29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: Jobsite: Employees were using a Dewalt DWE7480 ten (10) inch table saw (serial number 126661) with no hood guard exposing employees to amputation hazards. Anderson Framing & Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172359, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 20 September 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Magnolia Avenue, Centerville, MA 02632.
