29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about September 6, 2017 at 1221 E. Main Street, Canton, Georgia, where employees were replacing a roof on the residence, the employees on the ground picking up the debris were not wearing hard hats. The employees were exposed to the struck by hazard from the flying debris.

Main Street, Canton, Georgia, employees removing the old roofing material were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet to the lower level. None of the employees were wearing or using the fall protection they had.
