OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards during the disposal of large unusable items into a large dumpster: DIMENSIONAL DESIGN, INC., Duluth, GA - Employees were disposing large unusable items into a large dumpster. To be able to accommodate and use the space inside the dumpster effectively, an employee climbed on the edge of the dumpster 70 inches height and was exposed to a fall hazard, on or about 8/28/17.
