Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:   (a) 120 Prospect Street, Reading, PA 19606 - Employees were securing the rubber roof on top of the Supportive Concepts for Families building and employees were working past the warning line without fall protection and/or a safety monitor, on or about September 5, 2017.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
