Jet drill press, MD.# JDP-10, floor mounted, did not have a guard at the point of operation. 2. Dayton 18" drill press, bench mounted, did not have a guard at the point of operation.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: Maintenance Shop and Ozone Generator Bldg.: A Dayton bench grinder, MD# 1Z853Q, had a 1 inch gap between the tongue guard and the grinding wheel on the left side and an Amrox bench grinder, MD.# 7500A, was missing a tongue guard on the right side grinding wheel.
