Bedford Rd., Mount Kisco, NY: Employees were exposed to wet concrete while directing the pumping of concrete into formwork and smoothing out the wet concrete as it was being pumped into the forms and the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program; on or about 8/29/17. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19 The FCS Concrete Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114380, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4 - 6 Gibbs Court Monsey, NY 10952.
