29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift: a) JLG Boom Aerial Lift (Model 400S): On or about September 07, 2017, and at times prior; the employer required employees to work from an elevated aerial lift basket installing exterior wall panels without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to fifteen (15) feet to ground below.
