29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) A. On or about 09/07/17, at site of 53-03 Douglaston Pkwy, Douglaston, NY Employees working on the fabricated frame scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only two or three scaffold planks. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs g(1)(i) through g(1)(vi) of this section, each employee working on a scaffold more than 10 above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by the use of guardrails or personal fall arrest systems: A. On or about 09/07/17, scaffolds at 53-03 Douglaston Parkway, Douglaston, NY Employees working on fabricated scaffolds approximately 18 ft. while applying stucco to face of the building were exposed to the hazard of falls. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
