29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Mechanic Shop: On or about September 07, 2017, and times prior thereto, employee(s) who were exposed to chemical hazards from the processing and handling of Rotella T3 15W-40 oil were not provided with Safety Data Sheets or informed by the company of the associated hazards of these chemicals, symptoms of exposure, and precautionary measures.
