29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area. 1) Racetrack Gas Station, 2703 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, GA: On or about September 7, 2017, the employer exposed employee to a fall hazard due to not providing employee with adequate scissor lift training while operating a Skyjack scissor lift truck model #9725 to secure wires.
