29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about September 5, 2017, at 2950 Weslington Circle, Cumming, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling nail guns, and plywood from the employees working above him when he worked at ground level without wearing head protection.
