29 CFR 1926.52(d)(1): In all cases where the sound levels exceeded the values shown in Table D-2 of 29 CFR 1926.52, a continuing, effective hearing conservation program was not administered: At the Lake St. Louis land development clearing site, noise levels exceeded 97 dBA during working hours, at durations greater than 3 hours, with levels less than 97 dBA for the remainder of the work day, a hearing conservation program was not established, including annual hearing tests. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
