29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3): The Point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded:  The blade guard was missing from the IGENTO Paper Cutter.  The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)   which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167409, Notice number 1 , Item  4 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/28/2016  with respect to a workplace located at 1513 N. Ankeny Blvd., Ankeny, IA 50021            .

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:  (a)  In the break room the receptacle installed next to a wet sink area was not GFCI protected.     The USDA-FSA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(j)(2)(iv) which was contained in OSHA inspection number962797, citation number1, item number 8, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/1/2014, with respect to a workplace located at815 E HWY 92, Winterset, IA 50273.
