29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Chiller Motor Control Room; On or about September 6, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were required to open an electrical panel to turn on and off multiple relays exposing themselves to live parts operating at 480 volt 3 phase without first being trained in electrical safety-related work practices.
